4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you post on S.H.C Studio (posts, portfolio items, images, videos, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Our Content: The S.H.C Studio platform, design, logo, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

5. Portfolio and Creative Work

You confirm that you have the right to post any creative work in your portfolio. You must not upload work that infringes on others' copyright or intellectual property.

6. Jobs and Collaboration

S.H.C Studio provides a jobs board and matching tools to connect creatives with opportunities. We are not a party to any employment or freelance agreement made through the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or completion of any work arrangement.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

8. Privacy

Your use of S.H.C Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

9. Messaging and Encryption

Direct messages are encrypted end-to-end. We cannot read your messages. You are responsible for keeping your encryption keys safe. If you clear your browser data, previous messages may become unrecoverable.

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users can report content using the built-in reporting tools. We aim to review reports promptly.

11. Limitation of Liability

S.H.C Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, though some provisions of these terms will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
